Resin - Discography (1993-2001)

Resin was a grindcore/ hardcore band from Rapid City, South Dakota. Much like the rockin' In/Humanity, Resin was a band hellbent on being as obnoxious, over the top and in your face as possible; albiet with a blistering grindcore twist. Many an emo kid must have been befuddled by Resin's 14 track-17 minute masterpiece "Mutilating Emo Wussies Since The Dawn of Rock & Roll" populating the B-side of their Still Life split 12" back in the day. Anyways, to start, Resin was reportedly one of the craziest live performances to see during the 90s, despite only pumping out a few lo-fi recording sessions over their 8 year active period. Resin toured consistently and claimed notoriety for themselves through a rash of manic and intense shows. Whats left behind of their legacy is a collection of down and dirty hardcore tracks that should be consumed with great care, lest you fall victim to the madness yourself...
