Jough Dawn Baker - Discography (1996-1999)

    Jough Dawn Baker was a hardcore band from Bellingham, Washington. Their discography includes a split 12" with Vade, a 7", a collection of unreleased tracks and some compilation tracks. The band played shows with Botch, Slowsidedown, Palatka and Harriet The Spy while active. 

    Jough Dawn Baker is mixes the heavy, fast paced aggression of Reversal Of Man with the noisy chaos of Honeywell and the metallic sound of Botch resulting in a heavy-hitting sound that's all their own. They add just the right amount of "emotional" hardcore influence with their melancholy guitar riff intros before the song erupts into ear splitting metallic hardcore. 

    Despite touring with fairly big names in the hardcore scene like Botch, Jough Dawn Baker remained unfortunately, under the radar. If you're a fan of hardcore like Reversal Of Man, Honeywell, Slowsidedown or Guyver-one you should definitely check them out.
