There is a significant amount of material like this that is at risk of disappearing over time. I really think more people should consider starting their own projects to help compile and preserve what they can; many hands make light work. Efforts like these can help ensure that these records and literature of innate importance are not lost. My deepest thanks and eternal gratitude to Tenzin Tsagong for digitizing the Five-O demos and contributing heavily to the community with his continued good work.
Five-O was part of the diverse Arkansas scene, which spanned bands like Everyone Asked About You all the way to Econochrist. Five-O's sound ranged from melodic to frenetic, with vocals shifting between sing-screaming and straight up heavy screaming. The rhythm section stands out as well, with downright impressive bass playing and drums locked tightly in tow. Overall Five-O is a band worth checking out and preserving! Please let me know if you have any flyers or live videos I can add to this post.
