Calm has a sound that is very hard to describe accurately without hearing it. They meld elements of post-hardcore, noise rock and the slow, spacey sound that Duster perfected. Calm simply refuses to comply to any one genre and instead mixes a multitude of sounds together that somehow work in a way that's unforgettable.
If I had to describe their sound in comparison to other bands, they sound like if Duster and Super Static Fever were combined. The noisy, influence of Super Static Fever and the muted, distant sounding vocals of Duster.
