Coleman - Discography (1994 - 1997)

Coleman was an hardcore band from Boston, Massachusetts active for a few years throughout the 1990s. During their active years they released one S/T 7", a split 12" with Three Studies For A Crucifixion and appeared on three compilations.

With only a guitar, drums and vocalist Jackie Kerzner's chaotic vocals the band manages to be one of the most intense bands I've ever heard. Kerzner was known to put on a good show, almost always ending with her screaming on the floor covered in her own blood. Coleman was the real deal in terms of emocore, no whining or sappy bullshit just pure dark emotions exuding from every song.
(Abridged from a Jeff MTNCIA quote)

Coleman is a must hear for any fans of emocore, punk, hardcore, or any other related sub-genre really, just based off of how unique, unforgettably powerful and intense they are.
