The Gangplansisteele Quartet was an emotional hardcore band from Audubon, Pennsylvania. This band was an offshoot of Elements Of Need that featured Eric Wareheim of Tim & Eric fame. The Gangplansisteele Quintet sounds very alike to Elements Of Need but is more introspective and (for lack of a better word) "spooky"; probably owing to the unique style of the drummer and the lo-fi recording of the tape. I bet this is the tape they sent the people who mailed in asking about the "wrong song" on the inspirit comp.
